Ingredients
- Infused Milk
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Cup Whipping Cream
- 1 Bunch Thyme
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 cloves garlic chopped or jar
- 1 stick butter
- ( put in pan and heat gently x 20 mins
- 4 yukon gold potatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Put oven on 375 deg : dry potatoes well:
slice 1/8th inch best on mandolin: dry well
Put a lug of olive oil in a Shallow dish : arrange first layer of potatoes: salt and pepper and a few finely chopped chives.
Add about 3 ladles of infused milk, and place a few pieces of butter on the top layer of potatoes. Add a sprinkle of paprika.
Place in oven for appx 1 hour or until very tender.
