APPLE COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg. INSTANT lemon pudding
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
• 1/2 c. corn oil (Mazola)
• Prepare 2 lg. Mac apples, sliced thin
• 1/4 c. granulated sugar
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 c. walnuts, cut up fine

Preparation

Step 1

FIRST:

Combine these together in a bowl.

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Pour 1/2 of this mixture in a greased and floured tube pan. Place a layer of apple, sugar, cinnamon and nuts mixture on top, pour in rest of cake mixture and cover top with rest of apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Enjoy!
