Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (10 oz. ea.)
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons italian salad dressing
  • 1/2 (15 oz.) pkg. refrigerated pie crust (1 crust)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 Degees. Cook cream cheese and broth in lg. saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring freequently with wire whisk. Stir in chicken, vegetables and salad dressing mix.
Spoon into 9 in. pie plate. Cover with pie crust; seal and flute edge. Cut several slits to permit steam to escape. Place pie plate on baking sheet.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
