Tex Mex Jalapenos
- 6 Jalapenos slice in half lengthwise; remove seeds
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- /14 cup refried beans
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- crushed tortilla chips
Mix cheddar cheese, refried beans,cream cheese, chili powder and salt.
Fill Jalapenos, press the filling side up into the crushed tortilla chips.
Place chip side up onto parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 435 degrees until the filling is bubbling, about 12 minutes. Top with sour cream and cilantro.
