Cakes: Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 small package cake mix (2 cups)
• 1 egg
• 1 8oz can crushed pineapple (plus liquid, use instead of liquid on package directions)
• Top with pineapple preserves and cool whip, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

400 degrees for 30 minutes
Place at back of oven
Serve with baked rice, broccoli, fish steaks for "all oven" dinners
