Andes Candies Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• Add:
• 3/4 Cup butter or margarine
• 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
• 2 T water
• Heat to melt, cool 10 mins.
• 12 oz choc chips, mix till melted and cool.
• Beat in 2 eggs
• Mix in:
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• Chill 2 hours

Preparation

Roll dough into small balls, bake. Remove from over and lightly press 1/2 piece Andes Candies into center of cookie, cool slightly, and then swirl with knife. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely. Need 2 boxes of Andes Candies, but won't use them all. Yields about 7 dozen cookies.
