Ingredients
- Add:
- 3/4 Cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 2 T water
- Heat to melt, cool 10 mins.
- 12 oz choc chips, mix till melted and cool.
- Beat in 2 eggs
- Mix in:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Chill 2 hours

Roll dough into small balls, bake. Remove from over and lightly press 1/2 piece Andes Candies into center of cookie, cool slightly, and then swirl with knife. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely. Need 2 boxes of Andes Candies, but won't use them all. Yields about 7 dozen cookies.
