Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of vegetable oil
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl combine oil and sugar.
Add eggs to oil mix, mix well.
Mix flour to egg mixture. Then stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 till brown, about 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completley before icing with cream cheese icing!
