Ingredients
- 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drain and reserve liquid marinade
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c Grey Poupon Dijon or Country Dijon mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop artichokes and set aside. In a small bowl, blend the reserved marinade, cream cheese, and mustard until smooth. Stir in artichokes. Chill until serving time. Serve with steamed vegatables or shrimp.
