Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 2-pound package frozen hash browns, defrosted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (I use the "Cracker Barrell" brand)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine/butter
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well in large bowl, put in greased 9x13" pan. Mix 1 ½ cups crushed corn flakes with 1/4 cup melted margarine/butter, spread on top. Bake 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
