Buckeye Cookie Bars

• Non stick spray
• 1 devils food cake mix
• 1/2 cup Crisco veg oil
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped
• 1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/3 cup choc fudge frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray. Beat cake mix. oil, and egg in large bowl on med speed. Stir in peanuts, reserve 1 1/2 cup of cake mixture. Press remaining on bottom of prepared pan. Beat sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter in med bowl until smooth. Spread over prepared crust. Sprinkle with reserved crum mixture. Bake for 20 to30 minutes or until set. Frost after cooling by microwaving the frosting to soften it.
