- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Gifted flour into batter and stir until partly thick
- 1 capful maple flavoring
- Topping
- Put the white of the egg with a little milk and sugar, beat well
