Ingredients
- 2 1 lb Pork Tenderloins
- 1 1/4 c Orange juice (about 2 oranges) divided
- 3 T Lemon juice divided
- 1 T Olive oil divided
- 1 t Oregano fresh, chopped
- 1/2 t Cumin ground
- 3 Garlic cloves chopped
- S&P to taste

Step 1
Place 1/2 c orange juice, 2 T lemon juice, 1 1/2 t olive oil, salt, oregano, cumin in a blender. Process until smooth.
Combine marinade & pork in Ziploc bag & refrigerate for 2 hrs, turning occasionally.
Remove pork & reserve marinade.
Heat 1 1/2 t oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
Add pork, cook 4 mins on each side or until browned.
Add reserve marinade, cover, reduce heat to medium low & simmer 30 mins or until thermometer inserted into thickest portion of pork registrars 160F. ( slightly pink)
Remove pork & keep warm.
Add 3/4 c orange juice & 1 T lemon juice to pan.
Bring to a boil. Cooked until reduced to 1/2 c. ( about 5 mins.)
Slice & plate pork. Cover with sauce.
