Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1/2 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t salt
- 12 jumbo shell macaroni, cooked al dente, drained and cooled
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
Stuff about 3 T cheese mixture into each shell.
In a 12 x 8 baking dish, spread half of the spaghetti sauce.
Spoon remaining sauce over shells.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35 min or until heated through.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
