Ingredients
- Meringue powder to equal 1 large egg white + water to reconstitute.
- 1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk pasteurized egg white or pwd. eggwhite, in a large bowl with a fork.
Add 1 1/2 cups pwd. sugar and 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar,
sifted together a small amount at a time, beating well between each addition.
If the icing is too thick, thin with water one drop at a time, stirring until it's
the consistency of sour cream.
