Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 plus 2 T butter, melted
- 3/4 c light corn syrup
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c packed brown sugar
- 2 T bourbon
- 1 T flour
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c pecans
- 1 c semisweet chocolate morsels

Preparation
Step 1
Place crust in a floured pie plate. Cut and flute the edges.
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl until frothy.
Add butter, beating well.
Add corn syrup, sugar, bourbon, flour and vanilla. Beat well.
Stir in pecans.
Sprinkle chocolate morsels on bottom of pie crust.
Pour pecan mixture over chocolate morsels.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.
Cool before slicing.
