Shepard's Pie

Ingredients

• 1 pound ground meat
• 1 egg
• bread crumbs
• seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder
• milk for moistness
• mashed potatoes
• cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ground meat with egg, milk, bread crumbs, and seasonings to your taste. Press meat into pie plate. Cook in microwave for 4 1/2 minutes, turn plate, and cook another 3 1/2 minutes. Drain grease. Add on top of meat a layer of mashed potatoes. Top with cheese. Heat in microwave until cheese is melted.
