Ingredients
- 2 mirlitons boiled
- 1 1/2 pounds pork ground meat
- 1 medium onion
- 1 pound shrimp peeled
- 1 cup rice cooked
- bread crumbs

Step 1
Cut mirliton in half and boil until fork tender. Drain and cool. Remove seed, peel, and chop mirlitons into small pieces. Fry pork ground meat and onion together. Drain grease from meat. Add mirlitons to meat, season with salt and pepper to taste, and continue to cook so as to blend mirliton and meat flavorings together. Add shrimp and cook just long enough for shrimp to cook. Add 1 cup of cooked rice. Place dressing in casserole dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake at 300 F until breadcrumbs are brown.
