Garlic Beef Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 T flor
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/4 t sage
- 1 141/2 oz can stewed tomatoes
- SAUCE
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 141/2 oz can beef broth
- 1 15oz can tomato sauce
- 2 T chili powder
- 2 t cumin
- 1 t sage
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 10 large tortilas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan cook beef and union until browned. Add flour and seasonings. Mix well. Stir in tomatoes and boil. Reduce head and cover, simmer 15 minutes more. I another saucepan saute garlic in butter. Stir in flour until blended. Gradually stir in broth and boil. Cook for 2 minutes til bubbly. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings and heat through. Pour 1 1/2 cups sauce in 9x13 in pan. Spread about 1/4 cup beef mixture in center of tortilla and top with cheese. Role up tightly and place seam side down. Repeat with remaining and top with sauce. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for another 10 minutes.
