Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups salad oil
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 cups bananas chopped
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple do NOT drain juice
- 2 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 box powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1
Cake: Mix by hand - combine dry ingredients and add egg and oil. Stir until moistened - do not beat - add vanilla, pecans, pineapple and bananas. Put into 3 well greased 9 inch pans and bake at 350 F for 25 to 30 minutes then cool.
Frosting: Cream ingredients together.
Frost cake when cool.
