  • mayonnaise

Step 1

In a large pot, cover 2 dozen eggs with water and cook on high heat for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse eggs with cold water. Peel eggs immediately. This is the best chance you have for the shell to peel off cleanly. Cut eggs in half and remove yolk. In a food processor, combine all egg yolks, olives, and salt and pepper and blend until all is finely chopped. Add mayonnaise to egg yolks until smooth consistency is reached. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover eggs and refrigerate until ready to serve.
