Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 (16 oz) can chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 2 teaspoons creme de menthe
- 2 cups powdered sugar sifted
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate

Step 1
Layer 1: Cream 1/2 cup butter. Gradually add 1 cup sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour and salt - add to mixture, alternating with chocolate syrup, begin and end with flour mixture. Stir in vanilla. Pour into greased and floured 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 mins. Cool completely.
Layer 2: Cream 1/4 cup butter, gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar and creme de menthe. Mix well. Spread over brownies. Chill for 1 hour.
Layer 3: Mix chocolate chips and butter in microwave. Spread on top. Chill 1 hour.
