Chicken Imperial

Ingredients

• 3 cups chopped chicken
• 1 small pack of Uncle Ben's white &/or brown rice
• 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
• 1 (1 oz) jar pimientos chopped
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1 can mushrooms
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 onion chopped
• 1 can waterchestnuts optional

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice in chicken broth. Mix all ingredients and bake in 2 quart dish for 30 minutes at 350 F.
