Ingredients
- 1 c white rice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 c water or chicken broth
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce
- 1 can corn
- garlic salt (optional)
- salt to taste

Step 1
1. Add oil to saute pan with white rice.
2. Turn heat to medium and cook until rice turns golden brown.
3. Add tomato sauce, water (chicken broth), corn and garlic salt.
4. Stir ingredients and bring to boil.
5. Turn to low, cover and simmer until all water is absorb.
