- 1 med onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1 tsp. Parsley leaves
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- Hot cooked spaghetti and pasta sauce

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until tender. Add the garlic; cook one minute longer. Cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, cheese, eggs, seasonings and onion mixture. Add turkey and beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.
3. Place meatballs on a rack coated with cooking spray and a 15 x 10 x 1" baking pan. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through. If desired, serve with pasta sauce and spaghetti.
