Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light mayo
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 3 drops hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients in food processor, process until smooth. With processor running pour in water, vinegar, and hot sauce through food chute, processing until blended. Store dressing in airtight container in fridge.
