Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup diced green pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 oz) cans tomato puree
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans with liquid
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans with liquid
- 1/2 T chili powder
- 1/2 t dried parsley
- 1 t salt
- 3/4 t dried basil
- 3/4 t dried oregano
- 1/4 t ground black pepper
- 1/8 t hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Place the beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until evenly brown. Drain grease.
Place the beef in a slow cooker and add the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and cook 8 hours on Low.
