Ingredients
- 4 6oz. boneless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 oz. butter
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp. whole dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder

Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken in melted butter. Add heavy cream and reduce until slightly thickened. Add dill, salt, white pepper and curry powder and stir. Let cook until thickened ( a honey-like consistency) Portion as desired and serve with rice.
