Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 on Monterey Jack cheese, cubed

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9x9 pan
Mix all ingredients except Monterey Jack cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning drop cheese cubes into the mixture.
Bake 50 minutes at 350 until top is brown and custard is set.
