- 4 Cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 tbsp. butter (I used 4)
- 3 Tbsp. flour (I used 4)
- 1 1/2 cups milk ( I used 2)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 dash cayenne
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheese to sprinkle on top.
- garlic
- parmesan cheese
