Ingredients
- 6 Tbs ketchup
- 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 Tbs butter
- 2 Tbs fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 Tbs minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat until reduced enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 10 mins. Serve the sauce either warm or room temperature, drizzled over meat.
