• 2 packages of mozzarella cheese
• COTTAGE cheese not ricotta

Preparation

Step 1

1. brown ground beef
2. at same time of browning beef, boil a pot full of water
3.drain beef grease
4. after draining beef grease add sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes
5.this is the order to put it on
noodles
beef over the noodles
cottage cheese over the beef
noodles over the cheese
the rest of the ground beef
finally mozzarella cheese on top
6.sprinkle w/ parmasian cheese on top
7.cover + bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes after 15 minutes uncover + let brown for 10-15 min.
