Ingredients
- 1 T corn oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz) can garbonzo beans
- 2 cups canned white beans
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (12 oz) can white corn or hominy
- 1 t cumin
- 2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chiles
- 4 cups cooked diced chicken or turkey
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Shredded monterey jack cheese with peppers

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, cook the onion, garlic and cumin in oil until translucent.
Put into a slow cooker then add the chicken, beans, corn, and chiles.
Stir in broth with a wooden spoon.
Cook on high for 1 hour.
Sprinkle servings with cheese.
