Ingredients
- 4 slices bread, cubed
- 1 lb bulk sausage browned and drained
- 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 t dried mustard
- 1 t salt
- Dash pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Grease baking pan.
Place the bread in bottom of pan.
Spoon sausage over bread.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Beat together eggs, milk, dried mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour over the mixture.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
The next day bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
