Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green apple
- 1/4 cup water
- Vodka
- Lime juice
- Tabasco
- 1 rib of celery
- Cherry tomatoes
- DIY Celery Salt
- 1/3 cup celery leaves
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, puree chopped celery, chopped cucumber, chopped parsley, chopped green apple and water. Strain; add vodka, lime juice and Tabasco to taste. Garnish with DIY Celery Salt (Scatter celery leaves on a plate. Microwave 15 seconds; open the door and let cool 15 seconds. Repeat until leaves are dry, 2 minutes. Cool; crumble.
