Sour Cream Waffles

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 3/4 tablespoons baking powder
• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 cup melted butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Beat yolks until light, blend in milk, melted butter and sour cream. Stir just until large lumps disappear. In a separate bowl, combine and sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla,add to the liquid mixture and beat well. Beat egg whites and fold into the batter.
