HUMMING BIRD CAKE

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 8 ounch can crushed pineapple
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups banana, mashed
• ICING
• 1 8 ounce package cream cheese (room temp)
• 1 stick oleo (or butter room temp)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 box 10x sugar confectionery

Preparation

Step 1

Put dry ingredients in big bowl then add all the other ingredients stir until mixed DO NOT BEAT pour into greased & floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour 10 minutes.

Mix all together and beat well.
