Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pound cream cheese
- 1 pound ricotta cheese, strained
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 pint sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Crust
Combine 1st three ingredients, cut in butter until crumbly, add egg yolk & vanilla, pat 1/3 of mixture on bottom of 9" spring pan, (sides removed) bake bottom at 400 degrees about 8 minutes. Attach sides of pan pat remaining mixture height of 1 3/4 inches.
Filling
Mix together cream cheese/ricotta/sugar/corn starch
In separate bowl beat 5 eggs & 1 teaspoon vanilla, add to cheese mixture mixing until smooth. Fold in 1 pint sour cream into mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour and 15 minutes.
