Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 large onions, diced
  • 1 lrg. can tomatoes
  • 1 lrg. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 cans kidney beans, drained
  • Seasonings to taste
  • Cooked spaghetti

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon and onions together. Cook tomatoes then add bacon and onions. Then add the chopped green pepper, and ground beef. Let simmer 45 mins. Add chili powder and kidney beans. Cook 10 mins. more and season to taste.

Serve with cooked spaghetti.
