Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups orzo pasta
- 3-4 cups chicken stock
- 1-2 scallions
- 1 pkg pine nuts
- 1 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded

Step 1
Cook orzo in chicken stock prices instructions on package.
Drain but do not rinse.
Brown scallions and pine nuts in 1/2 T olive oil. Be careful not to burn nuts.
Combine pasta and pine nuts and scallions and place Ina greased baking dish.
Cook at 350 for 15-20 min.
Remove from oven and cold in cheese.
Serve immediately.
