Ham Loaf "Very Good!"

Ingredients
- Mustard Sauce:
- 2 lbs. ground pork
- 2 lbs. ground ham
- 1 egg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 med. onion
- 3 Tbsp. canned tomato soup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad mustard
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 beaten egg yolks

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all first ingredients and form into a loaf. Slice 1 medium-sized onion over top. Baste occasionally with a few Tbsps. of hot water. Bake in 350 oven for 1 1 /2 hours.
Mustard Sauce: Mix all ingredients and cook in double broiler until thick.
