My Delicious Homemade Crockpot Chili

Ingredients
- 1 & 1/2 pounds ground beef *yes you can do turkey if u prefer*
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce- i LOVE Goya :)
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can goya pink beans with liquid
- 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Adobo
- 1 (11 ounce) can tomato puree
- 1 (11 ounce) can crushed tomato
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans with liquid
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Place the beef in a skillet over medium heat and cook until evenly brown. Drain the grease out.
Place the beef in the crockpot, and mix in onion, celery, green bell pepper, garlic, adobo,cans of tomato, kidney beans, and pink beans.
Season with chili powder, parsley, salt, oregano, black pepper, and hot pepper sauce.
Cover, and cook 8 hours on Low.
Top with cheese or sour cream.
