Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Sour cream
- Butter
- Onion, chopped
- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Cook potatoes (bake or microwave). Scoop out insides and place in bowl. Save skin shells.
Mash until creamy. Add sour cream, onion sautéed in butter, salt and pepper.
Place mixture into the skin shells.
Top with cheese and sprinkle paprika.
Bake at 400 until cheese melts.
