Mexicali Pasta Bake

I made this when I was in high school for an "International Foods" day MANY years ago. It's a GREAT potluck dish. Warning - contains pork.... and LOTS of cheese!!

Ingredients
- 1 TBS corn starch
- 2 Cups milk (2% or higher)
- 1/4 Cup margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pkg (10oz) frozen corn - thawed
- 1 Cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1 pkg (3-4oz) cream cheese
- 6 oz Cubed ham
- 6 oz Tri Color Pasta (cooked 6 minutes only, drained)

Step 1
In a 3-quart saucepan, mix corn starch & milk until smooth. Add margarine & salt. Stir constantly, bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Stir in corn, cheeses & ham. Remove from heat - stir until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta. Pour in to a greased 8x8x2 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
