Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces London Dry Gin
- 2 teaspoons superfine sugar
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Ice
- Strip of lemon zest, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the London Dry Gin, sugar, egg whites and lemon juice; shake vigorously.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a strip of lemon zest.
