Ingredients
- 2 individual packages graham crackers
- 2 (3 oz) packages instant french vanilla pudding mix
- 3 cups milk (used Hood Simply Smart 1% milk)
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
- 1 (16 oz) package prepared chocolate frosting (used Pillsbury Chocolate Hot Fudge frosting)

Preparation
Step 1
Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with graham crackers (break some to fit as necessary to line the whole bottom of the pan).
In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Stir well. Stir in cool whip to pudding mixture. Stir well (for 2-3 minutes until very light and fluffy).
Spread ½ of the pudding mixture over the graham cracker layer. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Pour the remaining pudding mix over the 2nd layer of graham crackers. Top with a final layer of graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting. (To make it easier to spread the frosting over the graham crackers, put the tub of frosting in the microwave for 15 seconds).
Refrigerate until serving.
