Mexican Chicken Wontons

Ingredients
- 1 Pkg Wontons
- 2 C Purdue Chicken Strips (original flavor)
- 1/2 C Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 C Roasted Red Peppers
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 C Shredded Mexican Cheese

Step 1
Spray Pam into mini muffin tins.
Chop up the chicken & peppers - I use my food processor for this and just put it on chop. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Place 1 wonton sheet into each muffin tin. Fill each wonton with 1 spoonful of the mixture. Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
You can add more chili pepper or even a dash of hot sauce if you would like it spicier. You can also change the cheese that you use - the original recipe calls for Monterey jack but I like the Mexican.
