Hot Fudge Brownies w Cream Cheese Frosting for two

A little store bought help makes this dessert a spectacular Valentine surprise!

Ingredients

• Boxed brownie mix, mixed according to box directions.
• 8 oz block softened cream cheese
• 1 pound powdered sugar
• 3 T half and half, cream or even milk
• Hot fudge

Preparation

Step 1

Mix up the brownie mix according to box directions.
Preheat oven to box directions.
Foil and spray and pyrex dish.
Pour in the brownie mix and bake till done.
Cool in pan 30 minutes.
Using foil remove brownie from the pan and allow to cool further.
In a stand mixer beat the cream cheese and sugar, add in the cream 1 T at a time till creamy.
Using a large heart shaped cookie cutter cut 3 hearts from the cooled brownie.
Begin stacking, brownie, frosting, brownie, frosting, brownie, frosting.
Then finish it off with a drizzle of warm hot fudge.
