Coleslaw Souffle Salad

So refreshing...and the dresing is "built in".

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. lemon jello
• 1 c. hot water
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 1/2 c. cold water
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• ________________
• 1 1/2 c. very finely chopped shredded cabbage
• 1/2 c. radish slices
• 1/2 c. diced celery
• 2-4 tsp. diced green pepper
• 1 Tbsp. diced onion

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar, and salt. Chill till partially set. Beat till fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into individual molds or 1-qt. mold. Chill till set. To serve, unmold on lettuce; garnish with radish slices. Makes 6-8 servings.
