Ingredients
- 1 pt. blueberries
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 eggs, yolks and whites separated

Preparation
Step 1
Place on stove 2/3 c. sugar and blueberries and bring to a boil. Mix part of this with beaten egg yolks. Combine the two mixtures and boil 5 mins. Saok gelatin in 1/4 c. water. Add to boiled mixture. When slightly thickened add beaten egg whites to which remaining sugar has been added.
Add lemon juice to boiled mixture.
