Pizza Hut Creamy Garlic Sauce

• 2 tbsp. butter
• 1 tbsp. minced garlic
• 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 3/4 c. half & half
• 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 c. parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In large saucepan, melt butter. Sauté garlic over medium heat for 1 minute (until garlic tender). Remove from heat. Stir in flour, blend until smooth. Return to heat and gradually add half and half. Stir in cheese and parsley. Heat until sauce thickened and smooth. Use for Garlic Chicken pizza or for dipping breadsticks.
